Terms of Service
01. Agreement to Terms
By accessing Voyavera Online and engaging our architectural services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our travel engineering tools.
02. Definition of Service
Voyavera Online provides digital travel architecture, logistics blueprints, and cultural mapping. We act as consultants and designers; we do not operate as a direct carrier, hotelier, or travel insurance provider.
03. Intellectual Property Rights
All itinerary frameworks, custom algorithms, and cartographic designs produced by Voyavera Online are the exclusive intellectual property of the studio. Unauthorized redistribution or commercial use of our blueprints is strictly prohibited.
04. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate personal data, transit preferences, and documentation (passports, visas). Voyavera Online is not liable for structural errors in the itinerary caused by inaccurate client input.
05. Payment and Commissions
Service fees are calculated based on the complexity of the logistics. All fees must be settled in full before the delivery of the final digital blueprint, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
06. External Vendor Relations
While our architecture may recommend specific third-party vendors, we are not responsible for the performance, cancellations, or service quality of airlines, hotels, or transport agencies mentioned in the blueprint.
07. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voyavera Online shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from travel disruptions, geopolitical changes, or environmental factors.
08. Modification of Blueprints
We reserve the right to modify any technical aspect of our digital tools or service offerings without prior notice. Any ongoing projects will be honored under the terms active at the time of commission.
09. Prohibited Use
You may not use our architectural services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of the service without refund.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Voyavera Online from any claims or demands made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the studio is registered. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
12. Contractual Finality
These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and Voyavera Online. Any failure to enforce a right or provision of these terms shall not be considered a waiver of those rights.
