Refund Policy
01. Architectural Fees
The fees associated with the design and engineering of your bespoke itinerary represent the intellectual labor of our studio. Once the architectural process has commenced, these fees are generally non-refundable.
02. Cancellation Timeline
Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the commencement of your journey may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to administrative costs and non-recoverable partner deposits.
03. Third-Party Logistics
Refunds for accommodations, private aviation, and local transport are governed by the individual policies of our global partners. Voyavera will facilitate these claims but cannot guarantee their outcome.
04. Non-Refundable Components
Certain "high-touch" experiences, exclusive access events, and non-flexible bookings are designated as non-refundable at the time of architectural confirmation.
05. Process of Reconciliation
To initiate a refund request, a formal written notice must be sent to our administrative desk. Each request is audited individually to ensure fair alignment with our design protocols.
06. Unforeseen Disruptions
In instances of global disruptions or Force Majeure, Voyavera aims to provide travel credits for future architectural services rather than direct monetary refunds where possible.
